Interested in connecting your library to real world projects? David Silver will introduce you to a relatively new course at the University of San Francisco in which students learn how to harvest seasonal produce from their campus garden, how to cook various dishes, and how to offer their meals to the larger community via a campus farmstand. The talk then discusses the unique role Gleeson Library plays in the farmstand.
