Panel discussion of the work and world of YA and college student oriented graphic novels by writers and illustrators from Northern California, many of whom deal with global themes. This session will inspire librarians to explore the rapidly growing world of graphic novels and histories. Attendees will hear about what inspires writers and illustrators, and also learn some of the tricks and tropes of the graphic world.
